Description

You design, implement, and optimize AI models, focusing on NLP tasks and Large Language Models (LLMs).

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn for text classification, sentiment analysis, and NER.
• Fine-tune and adapt pre-trained LLMs to specific domains and applications.
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets to ensure high-quality training input in collaboration with data engineers.
• Implement evaluation metrics and optimize models for speed, memory usage, and scalability.
• Maintain clear documentation for code, models, and processes while communicating findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in algorithmic development and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks.
• Proven experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Strong expertise in NLP, including language generation and data processing.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
• Solid understanding of machine learning principles and deep learning.
• Ability to handle complex analysis and data processing pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WatsonX.
