Description

You will build, ship, and operate AI-native systems end-to-end in small Frontier pods, taking ownership of measured customer outcomes and permanently maintaining production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate multi-agent coding pipelines and integrate agent outputs into production environments.
• Design and build RAG pipelines, vector stores, and knowledge bases to ensure agents are grounded and accurate.
• Specify intent prompts for AI coding agents and review, validate, and implement guardrails for AI-generated code.
• Deploy and operate LLMs and agents in production while monitoring drift and implementing safety measures.
• Automate L1/L2 operations using AIOps tooling and intelligent incident routing systems.

Required Skills

• 3-10 years of technical delivery experience with strong AI-tool fluency.
• Proficiency in Agentic Coding and Multi-agent Orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGen, and LangGraph.
• Designing RAG pipelines and managing Vector Databases.
• Experience with LLMOps and AIOps.
• Prompt Engineering skills for AI coding agents.
• Ability to pass the Frontier CoE assessment covering full-stack delivery (Dev, Infra, Cloud, Production, Domain, and AI foundations).
• Completion of a 4-week build bootcamp to ship a working application in a lean pod.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise AI builders and automation platforms.
• Full-stack delivery experience with domain fluency and contextual judgment.
