You will design and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions, focusing on agentic systems and responsible AI governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI applications using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Weaviate.
• Deploy scalable AI services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ensure AI safety, compliance, and governance standards are met in production environments.
• Mentor team members and lead enterprise AI program initiatives.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of strong Python development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience integrating OpenAI or Azure OpenAI APIs.
• Proficiency with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate).
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures.
• Understanding of AI Governance, Responsible AI, and Safety compliance.
• Experience deploying enterprise AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Multi-Agent Systems and advanced AI orchestration.
• Familiarity with guardrails, AI auditing, and compliance tooling.
