Description

You will design, develop, and deploy AI/LLM-based solutions for production environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build prompt engineering strategies, agent workflows, and tool-augmented LLM applications.
• Integrate AI models with backend services, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Optimize model performance, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Implement monitoring, evaluation, and governance for AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall software engineering experience with a strong AI/ML focus.
• Hands-on experience with Claude.Code (prompting, agents, tools, workflows).
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent architectures.
• Experience integrating LLMs with APIs, vector databases, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, open-source models).
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of data engineering, NLP, or ML pipelines.
