Description

You will lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers building agentic AI systems, owning technical delivery and stakeholder alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor AI Engineers to ensure technical delivery of AI initiatives.
• Design agent workflows, decision logic, and conversation state management.
• Implement tool invocation, API integrations, and context/memory systems.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise with LangChain for building agentic AI systems.
• Experience integrating with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in API integrations and tool invocation.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
