Description

You design, build, and deploy production-ready machine learning models and AI agents for logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents that automate complex operational decision-making and workflows.
• Build robust ETL pipelines to ingest and process structured and unstructured operational data.
• Integrate predictive models and AI tools into existing logistics and operational software systems.
• Monitor model performance and ensure responsible deployment with rigorous validation and governance.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to identify inefficiencies and deploy decision-support solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced analytics.
• Advanced Python for building and deploying AI-driven operational solutions.
• Advanced SQL skills with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Experience building agentic workflows and RAG solutions using LangChain, Gemini Enterprise, or n8n.
• Proficiency with data processing libraries: Pandas, NumPy.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks: Scikit-learn, XGBoost.
• Strong ability to handle APIs, REST services, and JSON/CSV data.
• Version control with Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with deep learning (TensorFlow or PyTorch) and computer vision (OpenCV).
• Cloud platform proficiency: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of optimization tools (OR-Tools) and event streaming architectures.
