Description

You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and GenAI applications for aging services and post-acute care.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
• Develop GenAI use cases, applications, and tools.
• Translate business requirements into technical AI/ML solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Perform data analysis and processing to extract insights and improve model performance.
• Monitor and optimize AI models for effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML roles.
• Proven experience fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with GPT APIs and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Extensive experience developing Generative AI (GenAI) applications.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Ability to work with large datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Machine Learning workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare or aging services industries.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and AI ethics/bias.
