Description

You will design, develop, and optimize generative AI models while advising executive leadership on AI strategy and implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize generative AI models (GPT, VAE, GANs) and NLP pipelines for business applications.
• Design prompt engineering strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements.
• Conduct research on deep learning advancements and integrate new techniques into existing products.
• Lead architectural design, prototyping, and documentation for AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage assessments of the AI market landscape and serve as a liaison between stakeholders and engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience applying AI to practical technology solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Deep understanding of deep learning algorithms, neural networks, and data structures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in NLP tools such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
• Experience with REST APIs, NoSQL, and RDBMS design and optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and data visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with statistical modeling and Omni Channel speech/voice applications.
• Program leadership, governance, and change enablement experience.
• Ability to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
