Description

Lead the architecture and deployment of advanced Generative AI solutions, building scalable AI agents and integrating Large Language Models into enterprise ecosystems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI solutions using LangChain and AutoGen.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration systems with advanced agent memory and reasoning capabilities.
• Optimize Large Language Model performance through prompt engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
• Architect cloud pipelines on AWS, Azure, or GCP to support AI model deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing digital products.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering and Data Science.
• Expert proficiency in Python programming and backend integration.
• Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLM) such as GPT and Claude.
• Proven experience with orchestration tools and agentic frameworks.
• Strong foundation in the artificial intelligence and machine learning life cycles.
• Experience building and deploying models on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate).
• Knowledge of MLOps for automating model deployments.
