Description

Design, develop, and deploy production-grade conversational AI solutions and autonomous agents using Azure AI Studio and Databricks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage autonomous AI agents for enterprise-level automation and advanced conversational experiences.
• Develop scalable AI models using VS Code, Databricks, and Azure AI Studio with a focus on monitoring and reliability.
• Integrate AI services into web applications via SDK-based clients, secure REST endpoints, and async workers.
• Design secure MLOps pipelines, including model registry security, runtime monitoring, and deployment workflows.
• Monitor and fine-tune NLP/LLM performance to ensure accuracy and compliance in a financial context.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with deep expertise in Python.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and machine learning algorithms.
• Proven experience with Azure AI Services, specifically Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services.
• Hands-on model development and data engineering within the Databricks ecosystem.
• Backend integration skills using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) for standardized API integration.
• Experience designing secure data pipelines and adhering to strict data privacy standards.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Databricks Certified: Generative AI Engineer certification.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.
