Description

You will own the full SDLC for AI orchestration tooling, delivering deterministic, secure, and testable systems on Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ship daily code using Go and Azure, ensuring deterministic orchestration and high testability.
• Design, build, and deploy multi-agent workflows with full ownership from design through knowledge transfer.
• Enforce security-native practices including TDD, threat modeling, and secure SDLC discipline.
• Operate real-world multi-model systems, managing vulnerability responses and blast-radius sandboxing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a senior, hands-on delivery track record.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and GitHub Copilot for primary development.
• Strong proficiency in Go or equivalent systems languages for backend orchestration.
• Proven experience operating multi-agent and multi-model workflows in production environments.
• Strict adherence to TDD, secure SDLC, and threat modeling methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, or identity management integrations.
• Background in CMDB/ITSM integration and vulnerability management systems.
