Description

You will build and maintain AI systems using Python, leveraging frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain. You will implement Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows, while applying prompt engineering techniques. You will own the integration of these models into production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and AI agents.
• Engineer prompts and optimize model interactions for accuracy and latency.
• Maintain CI/CD and MLOps practices to ensure reliable model delivery.
• Collaborate on data engineering pipelines using ETL/ELT and streaming technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python (5+ years).
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
• Expertise in Generative AI, RAG, and AI Agents.
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with Snowflake and Data Cloud architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and MLOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem and Databricks (Lakehouse, ML workflows).
• Strong background in Data Engineering, including ETL/ELT and batch processing.
• Familiarity with Conversational AI architecture and NLP systems.
