Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven automation projects to enhance business processes.
• Mentor and guide technical team members in AI, machine learning, and automation best practices.
• Oversee deployment, testing, and performance tuning of AI models and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Conduct technical reviews, ensure coding standards, and manage project documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AI, automation, or enterprise technology projects.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or R with experience developing AI models and algorithms.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Knowledge of data management, ETL processes, and data pipeline development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying AI solutions.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices, automation pipelines, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of API integration, data privacy/security protocols, and emerging technologies like blockchain or IoT.
