Description

You will build and scale AI/ML solutions from proof-of-concept to production.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-step agent workflows using LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Design retrieval pipelines including document loaders, chunking strategies, embedding models, and vector database integration.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering techniques.
• Deploy cloud-native solutions using GCP and Azure.
• Build and maintain microservices using standard software architecture patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong Python skills.
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience building GenAI/LLM-based applications.
• Proficiency with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
• Experience with vector databases including FAISS, Pinecone, or ChromaDB.
• Knowledge of embeddings and fine-tuning processes.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Git and Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of API design and microservices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
