Description

Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade AI agents and RAG pipelines using Python and modern LLM frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents using modern LLM frameworks for enterprise applications.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, including data ingestion, embeddings, vector database management, and retrieval tuning.
• Implement and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) based workflows for AI systems.
• Develop scalable AI services and APIs to meet enterprise use cases and business requirements.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and observability of AI systems in production environments.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or GenAI development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with AI Agents and GenAI Development.
• Proficiency in RAG Architecture and LLM Frameworks.
• Experience with Vector Databases and Machine Learning.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and API Development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with structured and unstructured data sources for AI model consumption.
• Collaboration experience with platform engineering teams.
