Job Responsibilities include:

Design and implement AI‑driven automation solutions to optimize content lifecycle efficiency and compliance.

Develop automated quality control, validation, and consistency checks for digital assets across channels.

Build AI‑powered tools for document comparison, annotation, and regulatory review support.

Automate workflows across Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe platforms for scalable operations.

Ensure adherence to MLR standards, governance policies, and audit readiness through automated controls.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver compliance, high‑quality content and continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

6–8 years of experience in AI/ML development, automation engineering, or MarTech environments.

Strong hands‑on expertise with Python/JavaScript, AI/ML frameworks, and automation across Veeva, SFMC, and Adobe platforms.

Proven experience working within Life Sciences regulatory environments (MLR, compliance, governance) and delivering scalable, AI‑driven automation solutions
