Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions to optimize content lifecycle efficiency and compliance for scalable operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated quality control, validation, and consistency checks for digital assets across channels.
• Build AI-powered tools for document comparison, annotation, and regulatory review support.
• Automate workflows across Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe platforms.
• Ensure adherence to MLR standards, governance policies, and audit readiness through automated controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in AI/ML development or automation engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Python and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience automating workflows in Veeva, SFMC, and Adobe platforms.
• Proven experience in Life Sciences regulatory environments (MLR, compliance, governance).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering scalable, AI-driven automation solutions in MarTech environments.
