You design, build, and train AI/ML models focused on NLP and LLM-based solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and train AI/ML models using Python, focusing on NLP and LLM solutions.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability in enterprise environments.
• Influence AI behavior using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and remediate code use cases.
• Build and deploy AI solutions integrated with Java or .NET-based systems.
• Contribute to the end-to-end AI/ML SDLC, from ideation through production deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience across the AI/ML SDLC in an enterprise environment.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, NLP, and AI model performance optimization.
• Advanced Python development skills.
• Senior-level programming experience in Java or .NET.
• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and modern IDEs.
• Strong background in prompt engineering and AI agent development.
• Experience building AI/ML solutions from scratch.
• Proficiency with Gen AI, Agentic AI, and Langchain.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java or .NET integration patterns for AI systems.
