You will build multi-agent systems to power intelligent interactions, focusing on Conversational AI and Application Development.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-agent conversational systems using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or ADK.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python, Java, Node.js, or Go.
• Implement NLP, RAG, and LLM fine-tuning for dialogue management and intent recognition.
• Deploy and manage conversational workloads on GCP services (Cloud Run, GKE) following DevOps practices.
• Establish observability and monitoring for agent performance using tools like Langfuse or LangSmith.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with AI/ML components.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Node.js, or Go for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks: LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or ADK.
• Experience implementing RAG and LLM fine-tuning pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Database proficiency in SQL (e.g., BigQuery) and NoSQL.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
