You will design, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect, test, and launch production ML systems, including model deployment, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Develop applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), focusing on RAG patterns and tool-using agents.
• Build and maintain large-scale Python applications.
• Process data and fine-tune models to meet measurable business impact goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience in Python, C/C++, Go, or Java.
• 3+ years designing and launching production ML systems.
• Practical experience with LLM API integration, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of core ML concepts, algorithms, and applied statistics.
• Experience with data processing pipelines and model evaluation workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS services like S3, DynamoDB, and Redshift.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
