You will build and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines, focusing on NLP, LLMs, and model fine-tuning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune large language models using open-source solutions like Whisper and LLaMA.
• Build robust AI pipelines using Python, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
• Implement effective prompt engineering strategies to enhance model performance.
• Integrate NLP capabilities into production-grade applications.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong background in NLP and LLM architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face and LangChain frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of Whisper, LLaMA, or similar open-source LLMs.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
• Proven track record of building end-to-end AI pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying LLMs in production environments.
• Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
