You will build and optimize conversational AI experiences using Generative AI and LLMs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize a Generative AI-powered virtual assistant.
• Implement and refine conversational experiences in Dialogflow CX.
• Enhance AI reasoning and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Integrate Google Cloud Functions into existing workflows.
• Analyze chatbot performance and iterate on AI model accuracy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI development.
• Expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Proficiency in prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience with Google Cloud Services.
• Ability to analyze and improve AI performance metrics.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, AI, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for AI model integration and automation.
• Experience with RAG-based AI approaches.
• Experience deploying infrastructure as code using Terraform.
