You will design and deploy autonomous AI agent systems, managing the full lifecycle from architecture to monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI architectures for multi-agent systems.
• Develop and manage agent workflows using orchestration frameworks.
• Engineer prompts and optimize system performance.
• Monitor AI system health and metrics post-deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI architectures.
• Familiarity with LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with the AI lifecycle, including prompt engineering, workflow design, and deployment.
• Experience with monitoring and performance tuning of AI systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building production-grade autonomous agents.
