Design and build autonomous AI agents that orchestrate complex workflows, interact with enterprise tools, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent systems with task decomposition, state tracking, and event-driven execution.
• Craft structured prompts, manage memory, and apply reasoning patterns to ensure accurate and reliable outputs.
• Build autonomous workflows that invoke APIs, query databases, and interact with enterprise tools for real-world actions.
• Develop strong orchestration logic, handle async workflows, and integrate AI capabilities into applications.
• Deploy scalable agent systems on AWS/Azure using containers and manage CI/CD pipelines for performance and reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI implementation.
• Strong coding skills for implementing orchestration logic and error handling.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and grounding LLM responses in enterprise data.
• Proficiency in deploying on AWS or Azure, including container management and CI/CD.
• Understanding of prompt injection prevention, guardrails, and sensitive data security.
• Experience with monitoring agent performance, logging decisions, and testing outputs.
• Knowledge of UiPath and MS Copilot.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing agents with clear business outcomes and ROI in mind.
