Description

You will lead the adoption and effective use of GitHub Copilot across engineering teams, driving AI-assisted development workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive Copilot enablement programs and act as the internal champion for AI-assisted development.
• Integrate Copilot into developer workflows to deliver measurable business impact.
• Develop and implement best practices for using AI tools in coding.
• Train teams on effectively adopting AI-assisted development workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience in software engineering with hands-on coding skills in Java, Python, Apex, or LWC.
• Fluency in prompting Copilot to refactor code, not just auto-complete.
• Experience seeding context and guiding AI to respect enterprise patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to train teams on Copilot adoption, such as creating refactoring playbooks or prompt recipes.
• Understanding of AI-assisted development and prompt engineering.
• Experience in developer enablement, technical training, or technology adoption change management.
