Description

You will develop AI-driven financial analysis tools and lead the development of AI tools within Construction Management Solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect advanced AI agents capable of complex reasoning and self-improvement.
• Define and drive best practices for model deployment, including containerization and monitoring.
• Curate high-quality datasets and implement computer vision techniques for image analysis.
• Deploy scalable, production-ready ML models for automated invoicing, payroll, and bank reconciliation.
• Implement Responsible AI principles across all development workflows.

Required Skills

• Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field with 3+ years of expert-level AI/ML experience in production.
• Fluency in Python and PyTorch.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI (LLMs), computer vision, and vector search.
• Strong command of Linux and MLOps pipelines.
• Proven track record deploying scalable, production-ready ML models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading AI tool development within Construction Management Solutions.
