Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models.
• Build and maintain data and model pipelines.
• Develop and deploy AI applications and services.
• Implement LLM and RAG-based solutions.
• Deploy AI models using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integrate AI models with APIs and applications.
• Monitor model performance and optimize inference.
• Implement MLOps practices including model versioning and monitoring.
• Collaborate with development and business teams.
• Support continuous improvement of AI systems.

Experience Required:

• 4-7 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Applied AI engineering.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of MLOps and ML lifecycle management.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Spark, or Kafka is an added advantage.
• At least 2 production AI/ML deployments.
