Design and operationalize AI-powered microservices and agentic workflows for customer journeys.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and orchestrate LLM/agent workflows using Python, ensuring reliable execution.
• Design and implement microservices that expose and consume REST APIs for agentic interactions.
• Apply MLOps practices to manage model lifecycle, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems and data sources while maintaining security and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate journey requirements into scalable services.

Required Skills

• 5-9 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and production software development.
• Python for hands-on development of agentic workflows and backend services.
• Microservices design, API-driven architecture, and scalable backend services.
• REST API design, integration, and consumption.
• MLOps for model deployment and operationalization of production ML/LLM systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building autonomous/agent-driven workflows for customer journeys.
