Description

You will design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms using Microsoft technologies to automate business processes and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable AI infrastructure on Azure, AI Builder, and Copilot with Dynamics.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models using Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, and other Azure AI tools.
• Evaluate AI architectures including LLMs, SLMs, embeddings, orchestration patterns, and RAG.
• Connect Copilot Studio to data sources such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
• Optimize AI algorithms for performance and implement platform improvements like fine-tuning or custom model training.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience building web applications.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Copilot.
• Strong experience with Azure and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Practical knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Familiarity with iterative and agile development practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Dynamics, Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Patterns.
• Experience with full lifecycle application testing and delivery management.
