Description

You will design and build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks within enterprise systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement agents using platforms like Writer, Bedrock, or UiPath, applying RAG, tool invocation, and memory patterns.
• Build orchestration logic that separates planning, execution, and validation while integrating with enterprise APIs.
• Connect agents to structured and unstructured data sources and define operating modes such as assistive or semi-autonomous.
• Implement human-in-the-loop controls, policy guardrails, and permission systems to ensure auditability and compliance.
• Measure agent performance, diagnose failure modes, and optimize prompts and orchestration logic for cost and latency.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software, AI/ML, or automation engineering.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents or workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Javascript.
• Understanding of AI/ML principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Writer, Amazon Bedrock, UiPath, or similar agent platforms.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, or vector search.
