Description

Design and operate enterprise-grade GenAI workflows, agentic systems, and AI assistants for Lending business units. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from ingestion and extraction to orchestration, LLMOps, and security governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve reusable GenAI workflows and agentic systems deployed across multiple business units.
• Build AI-powered document ingestion, data extraction, and content generation capabilities.
• Develop AI assistants embedded in Lending systems using orchestration patterns and automated workflows.
• Establish LLMOps practices for extraction accuracy monitoring, prompt management, and audit controls.
• Implement security controls for entitlements, PII handling, and governance within AI systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated expertise in generative AI solutions.
• Strong proficiency with LangChain and LLM platforms.
• Deep understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Production-level experience with Python or Java and building scalable ML systems.
• Hands-on expertise in agentic workflows, vector search, prompt management, and data ingestion pipelines.
• Experience designing and implementing data pipelines with large language models in enterprise environments.
• Strong grasp of AI security, compliance, and governance requirements for regulated industries.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on technical guidance on GenAI architecture, model selection, and platform orchestration.
• Experience with automated workflows for reporting and approval processes.
