Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy NLP and machine learning models for text analytics and intelligent applications.
• Build robust evaluation frameworks and performance benchmarking strategies to measure model quality and reliability.
• Implement high-quality, production-ready code for model development, optimization, and deployment workflows.
• Work on computer vision and document intelligence use cases including classification, segmentation, and masking using CNN-based approaches.
• Collaborate on system architecture and technology solutions, including cloud-based model deployment and orchestration.

Skills Required:

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with NLP and Python
• NLP and text analytics using Python
• Advanced statistical programming and applied statistical techniques
• Machine learning model development with strong evaluation and performance benchmarking
• Model deployment experience in at least one cloud environment (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization/orchestration (Kubernetes)

Good to Have:

• Machine Learning and MySQL for data storage and retrieval

Education: B.Tech (Any Branch)
