Build, train, and deploy NLP and machine learning models for text analytics and intelligent applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and evaluate NLP and ML models for text analytics.
• Build evaluation frameworks and performance benchmarking strategies to measure model quality.
• Implement production-ready code for model development, optimization, and deployment.
• Address computer vision and document intelligence use cases, including classification, segmentation, and masking using CNNs.
• Collaborate on system architecture for cloud-based model deployment and orchestration.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with NLP and Python.
• Advanced statistical programming and applied statistical techniques.
• Machine learning model development with strong evaluation and performance benchmarking.
• Experience deploying models in at least one cloud environment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Strong skills in NLP and text analytics using Python.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MySQL for data storage and retrieval.
