Description

You will design and develop AI chatbot and agent solutions tailored to specific business use cases and intents.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end conversation orchestration layer, including decision logic, tool usage, and multi-step interaction flows.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems like D365, SAP, and contact center platforms such as Genesys.
• Develop and manage APIs, middleware, and data pipelines to support AI interactions.
• Implement context-aware handoffs to live agents to ensure full conversation history and intent propagation.
• Optimize solutions for latency, cost per interaction, and response accuracy in production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or conversational AI development.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience with AI/LLM frameworks, APIs, and orchestration tools.
• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with platforms such as Kore.ai, Yellow.ai, or Cognigy.
• Exposure to multi-LLM orchestration and model selection strategies.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, security, and compliance frameworks.
