Description

Design and build scalable AI agents to automate operational tasks and enhance application efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption and seamless integration of advanced AI tools across TechOps-supported applications.
• Develop autonomous AI agents with cross-functional teams to address technical debt.
• Design and refine AI architectures using MCP servers, LangChain Agents, and APIs.
• Promote rigorous code review processes to maintain high-quality technical outcomes.
• Document and disseminate AI integration best practices organization-wide.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience designing and integrating with APIs and webhooks.
• Experience with MCP servers and LangChain Agents.
• Familiarity with agentic AI platforms such as N8N and Flowise.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to translate concepts into scalable systems from inception to deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience addressing tech debt using AI agents with application teams.
• Deep understanding of Azure cloud architecture and AI platform integrations.
