Description

AI Agent Development & Management Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain custom GPTs, Microsoft 365 Copilot agents, and AI-powered chatbots for product management and colleague productivity use cases.

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, including requirements gathering, prompt engineering, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Own and support existing AI products, including enterprise and organization-wide chatbots, ensuring high quality, reliability, and adoption.

Microsoft AI Ecosystem & Vendor Partnership Leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related technologies to deliver innovative colleague experiences.

Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities to introduce new solutions that improve productivity and learning outcomes.

Data, Analytics & Optimization Monitor agent performance, adoption, and engagement metrics using available reporting and analytics tools, .Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, UX teams, Operations teams, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

Strong experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining Generative AI solutions in a professional environment.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, custom GPTs, or similar AI platforms.

We are looking for a JavaScript engineer who has great understanding of Node.js & React. including training

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, & React, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model Knowledge of Accessibility and Web Standards Understanding of React and its core principles

Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript Experience with common JavaScript development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, yarn, etc.

Experience writing automated tests including unit, integration, visual and performance testing.

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Ability to perform benchmarking and optimization Experience architecting & building and high-performance, high-quality software designed for enterprise capacity

Has existing OSS contributions or created libraries that work outside of their application" Gen AI, LLM, RAGAI Powered Chatbots Custom GPT Prompt Engineering CI/CD, Jira, Rally
