Description

Design, build, and deploy custom GPTs, Microsoft 365 Copilot agents, and AI-powered chatbots to drive product management and colleague productivity. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of these AI solutions, from requirements gathering and prompt engineering to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop Generative AI solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and custom GPTs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI products, including testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Partner with Product Managers, UX teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor agent performance, adoption, and engagement metrics to drive optimization.
• Maintain high-quality, reliable enterprise chatbots and AI-enabled tools.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, and React, including DOM manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, or custom GPTs.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jira, and Rally for project management.
• Understanding of web standards, accessibility, and modern ECMAScript specifications.
• Experience with JavaScript development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, and yarn.

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing automated tests (unit, integration, visual, and performance).
• Existing OSS contributions or libraries created outside of core applications.
• Ability to perform benchmarking and optimization for high-performance enterprise software.

Bachelor's degree required.
