Description

You will design and build production-ready AI applications using modern ML and LLM techniques.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver practical applications, making necessary systems design tradeoffs.
• Build and integrate applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Apply AI engineering practices including retrieval, context management, evaluation methods, and MLOps patterns.
• Design and execute experiments with clear hypotheses, baselines, and success criteria.
• Communicate AI engineering practices to engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of applied experience in data science or equivalent.
• Expert proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on programming experience in at least one of Swift, Ruby, or JavaScript.
• Experience with LLMs and structured retrieval approaches (vector/graph databases).
• Familiarity with PyTorch for model fine-tuning and evaluation.
• Experience implementing model integration frameworks like LangChain and MCP.
• Ability to rapidly learn and apply new model capabilities and AI research.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing LLM evaluation pipelines covering quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Familiarity with the Hugging Face ecosystem (Transformers, Datasets).
