You will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy real-time AI systems into production environments.
• Integrate diverse technologies across software engineering stacks.
• Implement and manage AI augmentation tools for enterprise use.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to multi-country compliance and data governance standards.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or AI solutions architecture.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, RAG systems, fine-tuning, and AI agent frameworks.
• Proficiency with AI/ML and Data Science concepts.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment processes.
• Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like LangChain or Llamaindex.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience improving software engineering productivity or Developer Experience (DevEx).
• Demonstrated success introducing AI tools into large-scale organizations.
