AI Engineer

You will develop and implement artificial intelligence solutions to enhance internal services, client-facing applications, and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models to build out AI functionality.
• Train, validate, and fine-tune models using state-of-the-art techniques and assess performance using appropriate metrics.
• Deploy models into production environments and collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and real-time monitoring.
• Lead the creation of data analytics capabilities to identify performance drivers and action plans.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, data pipelines, and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing software solutions.
• 1+ year of experience developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models.
• 1+ year of experience with LLM tuning and tools like LangChain.
• 2+ years of experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with AI technologies.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the US.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• 2+ years of experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience in a financial or fintech setting.
