What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Design and build intelligent, autonomous AI systems that enable to push the boundaries of

enterprise-scale agentic technology.

• Lead the development of scalable, secure, cloud-native frameworks that allow AI agents to reason,

plan, act, and collaborate in real-world production environments.

• Create foundational runtime components, automation capabilities, and infrastructure that power

next-generation GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.

• Work closely with AI researchers, platform teams, and product leadership to bring advanced agentic

capabilities from concept to production across data and AI platform.

• Enable enterprise customers to leverage powerful, resilient, and safely governed AI agents that drive

measurable business value.

• Operate at the intersection of cloud computing, advanced analytics, and AI-driven automation to

help enterprises unify and analyze data across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

• Solve highly complex challenges in scalability, performance, interoperability, and intelligent

automation to help customers transform data into insights and innovation.

• Collaborate across research, architecture, platform engineering, and product teams to shape the

future of enterprise AI.

• This position reports to the AI Engineering Leadership Team within Global Engineering Organization.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying autonomous AI agents at scale.

Expertise in building agent-based architectures and runtime components for next-generation AI/LLM

systems.

• Hands-on experience implementing governance, safety, and compliance in agentic AI environments.

• Ability to partner effectively with product leaders, architects, and platform teams to define

enterprise-grade AI capabilities.

• Strong technical expertise in intelligent automation, generative AI, and agentic system design.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.• 2+ years of experience in software architecture, backend development, or AI infrastructure, with

strong Python skills and familiarity with Java, Go, and C++.

• Deep expertise in agent development, LLM integration, prompt engineering, runtime systems, and

AI tooling.

• Experience with MCP servers, vector databases, RAG systems, graph-based memory, and NLP

frameworks.

• Ability to design core agentic capabilities such as memory management, context handling,

observability, and identity.

• Strong background in distributed systems, backend services, API design, and cloud-native

deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Proficiency with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable production infrastructure.

• Excellent communication skills, strong documentation practices, and the ability to mentor and

collaborate across teams.

• Passion for building safe, human-aligned autonomous systems and extending open-source tools to

drive innovation.
