Description

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and solutions using modern LLMs and Generative AI technologies to improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and enhance AI tools, agents, and workflows.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and software development processes.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services primarily using Java.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software development.
• Create proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and production-ready AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented software development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI agents.
• Experience leveraging AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.).
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications.
• Ability to use AI technologies for coding, testing, debugging, and system design.
• Experience with additional programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Experience building AI agents, RAG solutions, vector databases, and prompt engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
