Description

• Design, build, and ship AI-enabled solutions that integrate with enterprise platforms, business workflows, and data systems 
• Use AI coding tools and agents across requirements, development, testing, and deployment 
• Build APIs, microservices, and cloud-native components with strong CI/CD, DevSecOps, and observability practices 
• Review, validate, and refine AI-generated code to keep it clean, secure, and maintainable 
• Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and business stakeholders in an agile team 

Required Qualifications 

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record in APIs, microservices, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and observability 
• 5+ years working on agile and lean teams, including practices such as pair or mob programming 
• 3+ years building solutions on a Python stack, with hands-on experience in generative AI, agentic AI, LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval 
• 2+ years integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms, business workflows, data platforms, and operational systems to deliver measurable business outcomes 
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder interaction
