Description

You will design and deliver backend services and enterprise-grade capabilities for the Qira platform with minimal oversight.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate backend services extending Qira into an enterprise-ready platform.
• Build and extend the Enterprise Admin Console for identity connectors, agent policies, and usage configuration.
• Implement enterprise identity capabilities including SSO, SAML, OAuth, RBAC, MFA, audit logging, and data segmentation.
• Create integrations with corporate identity providers, workflow automation platforms, and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Lead design and code reviews, set engineering patterns, and mentor other engineers on the team.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Rust, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Go, or Java.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a solid understanding of APIs, data stores, concurrency, and cloud deployment.
• Experience leading technical design and owning significant components end-to-end.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with infrastructure as code and multi-tenant or BYOC deployment models (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to debug complex multilayer workflows and perform performance analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with enterprise identity standards (SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth, RBAC, MFA) and tools like WorkOS or Auth0.
• Experience with AI/ML systems, LLM-based applications, or intelligent workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Cursor, Linear, and GitHub, with fluency in AI-assisted development workflows.
