Description

Design and deploy LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI workflows for enterprise use cases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured datasets to support model training and inference.
• Implement prompt engineering, memory architecture, and system instructions to ensure accurate, domain-specific outputs.
• Evaluate and improve model performance, focusing on accuracy, latency, hallucination mitigation, and safety compliance.
• Deploy and operationalize AI solutions using Azure AI services with scalable, production-ready architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into business applications and workflows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on exposure to Generative AI and LLM-based systems.
• Proven expertise in Python-based AI development, including building and deploying LLM and RAG applications.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data & AI services.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering and AI solution deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
