Description

You will design and implement end-to-end AI features and strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of AI features.
• Execute an AI roadmap aligned with strategic business goals.
• Optimize data management and use embeddings to improve vector search relevancy.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to integrate AI across applications.
• Develop AI agents and implement advanced prompting and in-context learning workflows.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Expertise in fine-tuning and optimizing large language models and transformer-based architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or R.
• Deep knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with data preprocessing, embedding, and prompt construction.
• Demonstrated experience with API integration and AI agent development.
• Ability to design and test AI performance and reliability measures.

Preferred Skills

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field with a focus on deep learning and generative AI.
