You will architect, build, and oversee AgenticAI systems from research and PoC through to robust production platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of agentic AI services across the full lifecycle.
• Architect agent flows, LLM orchestration, and multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain and CrewAI.
• Implement CI/CD and AgentOps pipelines for lifecycle management, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Own the operational excellence of deployed agentic AI systems.
• Mentor junior engineers in agent-based AI development.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or related field.
• Deep expertise in agentic AI frameworks and LLM orchestration.
• Advanced coding skills in Python or Java.
• Experience with multi-agent and LLM orchestration toolkits (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
• Proficiency with CI/CD, MLOps, and AIOps practices.
• Ability to integrate and scale AI agent services using cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong background in software engineering best practices within agile/scrum settings.
• Hands-on experience developing and serving LLMs and agentic backends.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related domain.
