Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development or software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, and Azure AI Search.
• Experience developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
• Knowledge of Azure Machine Learning for model training and deployment.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience using Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub for version control and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Build Generative AI applications using Azure OpenAI Service, GPT models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, document intelligence solutions, and automation workflows.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM performance.
• Build and maintain vector search solutions using Azure AI Search and vector databases.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications through REST APIs and microservices.
• Create scalable data pipelines for AI model training, inference, and monitoring.
• Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, security, and cost.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workloads using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and cloud architects.
• Ensure AI solutions follow responsible AI, security, compliance, and governance best practices.
• Stay up to date with advancements in Azure AI, LLMs, Generative AI, and cloud technologies
