You will design and scale AI solutions, focusing on multi-agent orchestration and LLM optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI solutions using LangChain and AutoGen.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration systems with advanced Agent Memory and reasoning capabilities.
• Optimize Large Language Model performance through expert Prompt Engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
• Architect cloud pipelines on AWS, Azure, or GCP to support AI model deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing digital products.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering and Data Science.
• Expert proficiency in Python programming and backend integration.
• Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLM) such as GPT and Claude.
• Proven experience with Orchestration Tools and Agentic Frameworks.
• Strong foundation in Digital Artificial Intelligence and machine learning life cycles.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate).
• Knowledge of MLOps for automating model deployments.
