You will architect and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions, focusing on multi-agent systems and large language model optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI solutions using LangChain and AutoGen.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration systems with advanced memory and reasoning capabilities.
• Optimize LLM performance through prompt engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
• Architect cloud pipelines on AWS, Azure, or GCP for model deployment.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing digital products alongside cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Data Science.
• Expert proficiency in Python for backend integration.
• Deep expertise in Large Language Models (GPT, Claude).
• Proven experience with orchestration tools and agentic frameworks.
• Strong foundation in digital AI and machine learning lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and AutoGen.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate).
• Knowledge of MLOps for automating model deployments.
